Hi ! From what I've seen, an SFT can take the form of either a fungible or a non-fungible token. But I haven't really found any information about a possible transition from FT to NFT post-creation. Does this imply that the state of the token is decided when it is created?
For example, if I have an entry from a concert that is identical to the other entries that are in my seating area, then that would be a fungible token. But after the concert, if I want to keep my entry as a unique "souvenir" (e.g. the unique entry of seat 7B), how do I convert it into an NFT?
The state of the token is decided during creation yes.
All tokens under the same nonce will always have the same data. You can't make one unique with built-in methods.
The only thing you can do is burn the sft and mint a new nft/sft with your seat number.
