Yoroi is a frontend interface that interacts with the blockchain. Every rewards you get at the end of an epoch is automatically calculated in your global balance and compounded for the next epoch. So, yes :-)

When you speak of official then you are referring to actions taken by the parenting entities: IOG, CF, EMURGO In that case I would suggest you send an email to CF with this question However, if your referring to a community initiative (not official) then you are free to such initiative ?? not via this channel, as we try try to protect our community as much as possible against potential scammers.

The DEX already works. Not all features have been rolled out but it is working - Note: as the network remains congested you might experience delay in the processing of your transactions. This was expected, and IOG is working on further optimization of the network.

Cardanocube does not list all projects available, but it’s a start. You can always use this TG channel to ask around if you’re looking for anything specific (Cardano related)
