The RIDE token is using the infrastructure created by Elrond which is Proof of Stake, so the security of the network is established with Staking. The security of RIDE token is provided by the Elrond Network. When you transfer RIDE you need to pay the fees in EGLD. RIDE does not need to stake their tokens to achieve security because is provided by Elrond Network
