1) An Owner can sell an NFT and keep a copy at the same time 2) this is especially useful for scenarios, where a specific NFT represents a specific functional value. It might not be clear in the beginning how many versions of that NFT are going to be needed before release, so one could just create 1 NFT for each "functional value" and then let the owners duplicate them after release
