ok but is there a way to input the seed phrase of another ADA wallet (not the seed phrase the ledger currently uses) into a desktop wallet via ledger?

Hello guys I have a question, how can I create a wallet with daedalus wallet and show the 24 words on my ledger? I don`t want to create it via showing it on my PC screen. And also why does syncing with the chain for new wallets takes like one whole day?!?!?!?
