Don’t think the Chase banker I spoke to knew the spirit of the law, but worked out in my favor as I deposited more the first 60 days after opening account compared to last 60 days. Helped 3 people recoup funds via Reddit this morning and the people got money back deposited over last 2-3 months

In my case Chase bank refunded my deposits for 60 days from my first deposit which was early last September, so I got all money deposited last September and October. If you are in USA REG-F which is part of EFTA (electronic funds transfer act), which was law mandated by Federal Reserve protects consumers for at least 60 days. Some smaller banks protect for up to 180 days, so regardless when you deposited You should call your bank to dispute the charges. Your bank is not out any money when they reverse transaction as they debit merchants account and apply credit to your account, and ultimately banks make their money from customers and not from merchants. If you don’t succeed with first rep you speak to, escalate to Supervisor and/or go to to your local branch on Tuesday and speak with your local banker. It’s in Bank’s interest to keep you as a customer

Unfortunately I never made it to Ukraine. I’m almost 6’5” and weight a “healthy” 330 pounds and I was not able to find a large enough Kevlar vest. You see to join the Ukraine army I would be responsible for shipping my own gear including guns and ammo, airfare, and room and board. Would have spent the $$$, but without a Kevlar vest was not willing to take the chance
