In my case Chase bank refunded my deposits for 60 days from my first deposit which was early last September, so I got all money deposited last September and October. If you are in USA REG-F which is part of EFTA (electronic funds transfer act), which was law mandated by Federal Reserve protects consumers for at least 60 days. Some smaller banks protect for up to 180 days, so regardless when you deposited You should call your bank to dispute the charges.
Your bank is not out any money when they reverse transaction as they debit merchants account and apply credit to your account, and ultimately banks make their money from customers and not from merchants. If you don’t succeed with first rep you speak to, escalate to Supervisor and/or go to to your local branch on Tuesday and speak with your local banker. It’s in Bank’s interest to keep you as a customer
