I re watched his Elrond vids again a while ago (I think there have been two) and they were not really that bad. The reaction to relatively small mistakes were way overboard but everyone has a different opinion on that

I read your twitter posts so have your version. It seems to me they dont want to follow up on your proposal however its clear you are struggling to accept this and unable to move on. To me you seem a little unstable. Thats how your are coming across. Its completely common practise to be involved in negotiations for some time which comes to nothing and at that point you move on. You are struggling here. Its concerning.
