clo873730369 commented on So on average, 1 hours for exercise, 1 hr for meditation, 15 minutes for eating food (Breakfast+ Lunch+Dinner= 45 minutes), 30 seconds for drinking water(8 glass= 4 minutes) and 10 minutes for shower. So total= 3 hr 14 min. What will we do in remaining 20 hours and 46 minutes?
