Noob question: if I delegate to a new staking pool, will I receive rewards simply at the end of the epoch or do I have to wait another 3 epochs?
Transition is seamless. You continue receiving your rewards from old pool until new pool takes over. Changes take current and next epoch to confirm - hence delays.
