there is a roadmap for the whole network under https://dusk.network/pages/roadmap. roadmap for testnet is here down at the page: https://dusk.network/news/release-cycle-explained . after daybreak 2.0 launches the incentivized part will probably kick in, if nothing else has to be added or changed
