It’s interesting but, when a court subpoena comes if the information is stored at all it’s really not private at all. It’s like the German who refuses to share his seed phrase. Ultimately the focus of this project isn’t to hide tx from unfair regulation and prevent incursions on privacy from regulators though is it?
Who would be subpoenad? The network is decentralised, not one entity has the power to reveal someones posessions.
