a higher nonce in an account might affect the latency of a transaction?
If you specify a nonce higher than the current nonce of the account the blockchain will wait with the execution until the account executed enough transactions with a lower nonce. Up to 10 minutes, after which the transaction will be deleted from the mempool without it being executed.
