also I know that when we see "execution failed" it also means that the transaction failed. are there any other messages that suggest that a transaction failed?

    I would recommend taking a look at the transaction logs to identify errors via signal Error and internalVMErrors The TransactionCompletionStrategyOnProxy might give you some ideas ????
