Yep, we talked about it few days ago...The Api has a Cron task each second to ask for new transactions... Can't it overwhelm the api a bit and end up blocking me?
I think you can change the mode to make fewer requests, and you can also use third party apis like blastapi to have higher rate limits than with the public elrond api :)
