Are you referring to their *website* (ie. on the web)? If so, how are you saying that anyone can "phish" from the website. They would have to harvest information on who visits it. That would be a security vulnerability. I'm thinking that is not in fact happening.
If you're referring to the various Elrond related Telegram groups, then please use the correct terminology for everyones' sake. It's important for communication. (Look at how much effort I'm expending to try to understand what you're saying. ????)
There isn't any way on Telegram to keep people from knowing how to contact (DM) you. It's a choice which the Telegram has made in their design. Everyone has to be aware of the 2 most important personal security rules of crypto Telegram.
1. Admins never send DMs. (Scammers can make accts which look almost identical to admins.)
2. Never give out your seed phrase. (That is all a thief needs to steal a person's savings.)
How to accomplish that:
Never enter seed phrase into a PM session, or into a bot, or into a strange (unauthorized) app, or into an unauthorized website (only exception: Elrond web wallet site, https://wallet.elrond.com).
Also be very careful to avoid your cell phone or computer being hacked. Don't do frivolous browsing. The only possible exception to the Elrond web wallet site, https://wallet.elrond.com
