Can anybody give me information why XQ Company give zero rewards for their staking pool? Are they out?

Hi Harry. They're not on the Staking Providers list on the Explorer so I can't offer you a response on that. You should get in touch with them. If you can't reach them, I recommend you unstake and stake with another Staking Provider that has active nodes on the network and a one you can communicate with.
