do we need to wait until the last day of snapshot to know that we are eligible ?
Depends how much over the Avg you have staked.... Say if you staked 1000 until now the avg is over 500 and even if we unstake the entire 1000, the avg is over 500, so don't need to wait. So all about how much over... So example also works for 10 eGLD trying to get 5 eGLD average.
