Its easy... jusy make a wallet here: https://devnet-wallet.elrond.com/ On left menu just look for NFT, then follow the steps and upload your file. after that refresh the page and you should see your minted nft in your wallet.
Soon nft marketplace will be live on Maiar after the dex launch. Then, you will be able to mint with easy UI.
