How long does it take on average for waiting list delegated staked coins to switch over to active staked coins?
I take it that you're talking about the legacy staking. I don't know the answer to your question of how long the waiting list takes to get through. But may I suggest that delegating with staking service providers gives immediate rewards at the end of the current epoch.
