I know that APR is all over the place now, but in principle if i see 2 staking providers with 15% fee , on the long run their APR should be the same right?
Assuming they have the same amount of top-up thought the year and the nodes have a good rating then I would think yes. There will be variance on a daily basis because of the randomised nature of how nodes are chosen for consensus but as the APR is a yearly metric thise variances work them selves out.
