hmm, explain to me how the Price will find balance on DEX with Binance CEX if Arbitrations SC cannot function?
price on a DEX is just the ratio of one asset to another. they just need to take some of the wEGLD out of the LP and put some USDC back in. it's a little complicated but basically if you put the tokens all back where they were, then the price and liquidity are fixed like the event never happened
