Looking at luna, they had a lot of stable coins in different currencies, like a eur stable coin, dollar, thai bhat, krw, swiss franc, etc etc. People could use chai to pay with these currencies in stores etc. So they afford a payment solution in mant countries. Do you guys elrond can do the same with so mant currencies and if so how to make sure the stables are safe/backed?
