Binance has EGLD liquidity both as BEP20 and ESDT. If you have BEP20 EGLD Deposit on Binance>pick BEP20 under EGLD Withdraw on Binance>Pick Elrond (ESDT) under EGLD

Yup, once you send Elrond to binance it appears just as "EGLD". You can then choose to withdraw in either Elrond Network or Binance Smart Chain formata
