I understand your point. When developing open-source software this becomes an assumed risk. The protections we have are the ecosystem built around Elrond (being on Binance, being part of the Samsung Ecosystem, building and releasing the dApps that complement our protocol) and continuous improvements (which can be seen on our roadmap)
