Yea but it's on Elrond platform so they have responsibility for the matter. It's not a regular rejection, that's rejecting people 1 or 2 weeks after they passed and when the kyc is close so they can't re submit. You understand that that's ludicrous yes?
Totally agree. Not a good look for Elrond. Even though they are not in charge of KYC by association with them it makes them look bad aswel. Elrond should not associate with incompetent 3th party or the very least take a stand and demand a competent professional service on behalf of all the Elrond holders.
