I don't like wasting time following Sam's moves but he probably used avax and png to pump his coin, this is obviously speculation, but if that's true then it's sad and it means he'll end up being the only one holding "his coin" because it is obvious that there is no community on their TG, there are only paid shillers on Twitter.
