Hasn't anyone noticed that "Cantina Royale" is basically a NFT-reskin of "Meltdown", a 2014 game developed by Phenomenon Games, which was and is still led by Dan Bojan, one of the founders of "Cantina Royale" ?

No havent noticed. Thanks for sharing. Meltdown had 86% 'very positive' rating on steam. Good indicator imho. Hopefully they will enhance it enough to meet 2022 criteria ;+)
