if price is low somebody needs to buy to move price on dex up. so if swaps are disabled there are only a few actors that can do that right?

I've seen 10 million USDC moved to DEX. I guess EGLD is on the way as well. Probably all the funds that were on the exchange (including EGLD) before the attack will be in the pool before the swaps are enabled. That brings the price back to normal, it is roughly similar to pausing transactions for one day at the initial price of EGLD.
