It's good they are expanding their workforce, but maybe trim the fat on what they are building. A lot of the things should be community built. Why would a dev want to build an amazing marketplace if the core team are just gonna do it etc?
I agree with some of ur points & they might be doing it for regulatory purposes. (anon dapps & Elrond dapps) or some other reason that we'll find out later
