With the goal of Elrond being tens of thousands of transactions at low cost, it seems a bit arbitrary to deem what is spam or not. A blockchain should be inclusive of all budgets - how does this help those in poorer countries?
I agree, Elrond advertised high scalability which was one of the main reasons I looked into it...
Adding a transaction threshold to limit the number of transactions is pretty much denying the scalability. What happens when more dapps come out and don't have a "failsafe" built in?
