Firstly my account was verified then when I tried to claim my tokens it's showing unverified. Why ?

Each user will be given an internal score which will determine if the user is genuine. Your score was probably low and that’s why you are unverified.

Same thing happened to me. Even wrote a ticket, but nothing....
