Why is my account like this?
For any users that may be experiencing issues and do not know what to do, follow the below steps:
1) Open Legion Network Super-App
2) Go to "Profile"
3) Go to "Help Centre"
4) Go to "Leave a ticket"
5) Submit a request with all the relevant information: Email address, all information you have about the problem you are facing etc.
6) Allow 5-10 minutes for a response from the support team
Our systems will monitor the behaviour, device, activity, disposable emails, proxy’s, emulators, auto-clickers among many other factors that will be taken into account. Each user will be given an internal score which will determine if the user is genuine. Your score was probably low and that’s why you are unverified.
