I tried to starting to meditate,so I would more or less try to get into a meditative state while lying on my back and relaxing my body,breathing and all then try to sleep while being awake ....but turns out I always end up trying instead of actually doing ,so I assume it’s my fault so I started researching other techniques,then am bad at visualization that’s another draw back it’s like I gat aphantasia of some sort
