I averagely sleep 8-9 hours per night.
In order to set the alarm clock after for example 8 hrs, do i have to add the sleep latency (time needed to fall asleep, averagely 15 minutes) or not?
For example, if i know i need 8 hrs, do i have to set the alarm clock after 8 hours and 15 minutes (sleep latency) or just 8 hours?

Sleep for 4 hrs and wake up for 15 min then.. Sleep and set alarm for 1:30 - 1:45 hrs... That would work..
If you need 15 min to sleep that's fine but I would suggest 8 hours and 20 min just to be sure
