I did very intense practice bro like reality check 50+ times a day ,writing 5-10 pages of dream journal everyday, doing wbtb technique regularly and wake up after every rem cycle, sometimes i used binaural also, i did follow various manifestation techniques like 2×22,3×33,4×44,5×55 ,in these technique one writes certain affirmations in a book like for example, 5×55 i written that lucid dreaming is easy for me, 55 times for 5 days regularly before sleeping and before doing these technique i do a lot of breathwork because i read somewhere breathing helps to increase our awareness and alertness and it also calms down the mind and mind i did few things more but this text will become more long ???
