what exactly is meant by the term shadow? I heard from one guy seeing very terrifying appearances when he slept together with sleep paralysis and OBE...then he found out that each of these ...appearances was a personification of a problem in real life...which he was afraid to face...I think its true...but how to solve the problems...again is different question, I think... so...what exactly is meant by shadow work? meditation?
