Can you tell me if the 250 POLS for the whitelist can be put into the wallet after you find out you've won the whitelist or beforehand?
You need to keep your POLS intact until after the IDO takes place. Whether staked or held.
It has to be before, Your POLS needs to be staked/held before you apply for whitelist application.
