The maximum allocation for allowlist winners who don’t hold POLS (the Polkastarter token) will be $1250, and the maximum allocation for POLS holders (those who made it on the final allowlist) will be $2000
For this particular IDO POLS holders get a higher max allocation. Allowlisting is done as a lottery and all sales on polkastarter are done on a first come first served basis as well but as I mentioned, holding or staking POLS also gives you eligibility to participate in other IDOs held on the platform.
