I have -40% on polka tokens now, I just forgot about platform and don’t participate in any IDO. How the last IDOs are playing out, do you think there is any sense to continue participating in idos?

Don't let the statistics on the page fool you. Those ATH prices based on which the apparent ROI is shown happen usually just after the initial listing when only a small amount of tokens have been distributed. By the time you can cash in all your tokens the real achieved ROI is much, much lower. So on average you are lucky if you manage to break even or draw a small profit. Not really worth investing in POLS anymore until they manage to select better projects, remove the distribution schedule, and otherwise make it more interesting for the investors.
