I understand that my dashboard will show pol power before 6 hour of Allowlist closing ,so my question is if I preselected than can I do kyc Before the ido Starts or it has to be before Allowlist closes ??

KYC only starts after the allowlist application is closed. If you are 'preselected' (you can check your application status on the Dashboard), only then you will receive the email from the Wombat team asking you to do KYC.
