When I try to make a kyc, indifferent whether from an email from freshcut or from pols, it just takes me to the pols site. Before, I was doing a fractal kyc for another project. It means that I don't have to do the kyc here anymore?
Just ensure you always follow the links. If your details are in tact and KYC is already done, it redirects you to the page
