So then don't do anything on Solana? Is this a congestion issue or does something need to be done to fix?

    Please check the transactions per second (TPS) stat at: https://explorer.solana.com/ If the TPS is below 1500, this may be a sign of network congestion. Proceed with caution as you may have difficulty submitting transactions. You may prefer to try your transaction again later when the TPS has improved.
