the only connection i have made was Ledger to Phantom to receive SOL and stack it. Im in danger?

Move to a ledger
You should be good but myself I only use my ledgers as cold storage I never connect to anything only receive what I send .. with that being said I use one of them with phantom and other sites nothing has happened because you’d still need to sign but be careful what you sign
