I definitely agree about NFT's. One interesting question I haven't really seen addressed with them is interoperability. If you take an NFT and move it to another chain does it still have value as a collectible? What if Justin Sun had won the Beeple auction and burned the JPEG and then reminted on Tron?
The only form of real interoperability that is currently out there are cross-chain NFT marketplaces. The NFT market is still very experimental, with currently a large focus on 'art'. NFTs are going to be huge once you're able to map them to more 'tangible' assets like real estate. Partial ownership of assets is a huge, yet relatively unexplored market.
