Sry, I have to ask again: If I don't want to provide EGLD for EGLD / MEX LP, because I don't want to unstake my precious eGold, there will be an option to do only MEX?

    yes, a simple, one-side MEX pool where you stake MEX for more MEX. APR will probably be lower than providing liquidity but it a personal choice and might fit different investment strategy or specific liquidity position.
