Does the 145% locked utk/egld farm rewards happen automatically. Or do i have to leave the farmed rewards there without harvesting?

I don't really understand the question. If your question is "do I continuously receive rewards while farming"? Then the answer is yes. You can harvest, harvesting has no impact on whether or not you receive rewards.
